Maria Madden is an instructor and university supervisor in the Elementary Education and Master of Arts in Teaching program at OSU-Cascades. Prior to teaching at OSU-Cascades, Maria served as a teacher and administrator for ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÜÕ¾ La Pine Schools for 30 years. Over the course of her career she was honored as a finalist for the ºÚÁϳԹÏ×ÜÕ¾ La Pine Schools Teacher of the Year and recipient of the Deschutes County Healthy Hero award. Maria also served on district and state education committees, presenting at a number of statewide conferences. During her free time, you’ll find Maria outdoors enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer.
