Rylea Erickson is a Central Oregon native from Terrebonne and a graduate of OSU-Cascades, where she earned her B.S. In Human Development and Family Science. During her time as a student she served as a campus ambassador and was actively involved in student government. After graduation, Rylea worked in college admissions in Wyoming and later taught elementary school. She has now transitioned back to higher education and is excited to continue supporting student success.

Outside of work, Rylea enjoys running, practicing yoga, cooking and spending time outdoors. She is grateful to be back in Oregon and surrounded by family.
