OSU-Cascades Advocacy and Advisory Board to meet April 12

The 黑料吃瓜总站 - Cascades Advocacy and Advisory Board will receive updates on ongoing  legislative advocacy work for a future Student Success Center and on the campus鈥檚 strategic planning initiative at its April 12 meeting.

The meeting will take place from 3 to 5 p.m. It is open to the public and will be held virtually in keeping with OSU, state and local public health guidance.

Additional topics include reports from campus leaders on enrollment and recruiting, student needs during the COVID-19 pandemic and fundraising. Board members will also hear an update from Taha Elwafati, the president of the Associated Students of Cascades Campus.     

Melinda Knapp, a senior instructor and coordinator of the Master of Arts in Teaching elementary education program, will share information on the program and its partnerships with Central Oregon school districts.
